We provide in-person counselling in Thunder Bay and virtual counselling across Ontario, with a focus on supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life experiences; focusing on perinatal mental health, grief and loss, PTSD and more.
Autumnwood Counselling in Thunder Bay is a private practice clinic established in 2021 by Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker, Heather Witiluk. What began as a solo practice has grown into a small, dedicated team of mental health professionals who share a commitment to compassionate, client-centred care.

MEET HEATHER WITILUK
MSW, RSW, PMH-C, CCH | Registered Social Worker /Psychotherapist
Heather is a trauma informed therapist certified in perinatal mental health. Heather has her PMH-C certification through Postpartum Support International and provides evidence-based therapy to those experiencing perinatal mood disorders, infertility, grief and loss and PTSD. Heather is trained in EMDR and is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and draws on Gottman and EFT approach in couples counselling. She has a keen interest in palliative care, and helping those overcome anxiety depression and trauma.
MEET ANDREW CECON
MSW, RSW | Registered Social Worker /Psychotherapist
Andrew is a warm, compassionate, and client-centered therapist who brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field. He holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and offers support to individuals navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
MEET JESSICA KEEGAN
Registered Psychotherapist
Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist who offers a warm, empathetic space to support you through grief, fertility challenges, and postpartum transitions. Her approach is grounded in compassion, trust, and the belief that healing begins by meeting you exactly where you are.
